Today was our second day exploring Langkawi. Again, we hired a car from Rusli at the Harbour Store on Rebak Island, which we could pick up at the ferry stop on Langkawi. Our first stop today was dictated by the kids, so off to Coconut Kingdom we went. A 30 minute drive from the ferry stop, the drive gave us all some nice air-conditioned down time. With the air very still, it felt hotter than other days.
Coconut Kingdom was quirky, but it put some big smiles on the girls faces. Set in the flat valley looking up to the beautiful limestone mountains, it had more than coconuts. It also had a trampoline, flying fox, cute little tents and a few swings. It was hot so we didn't spend too long, but the girls enjoyed it and Ian and I enjoyed the fresh coconuts.
