Tickets for the SkyCab also gave entry to a few other attractions in the village; the SkyDome, 3D Art Museum and the SkyRex. I missed the SkyDome as I was having a rest with Lila, though the others seemed to enjoy it. We then went into the 3D Art Museum, which although very kitsch, was actually pretty cool (literally... the air-conditioning was most welcome!). The kids had a ball in here, its kind of a like a massive indoor mural but a great place to get some fun pictures and lots of space if the kids are feeling restless.

After the busy morning, we spent the rest of the afternoon in the main city of Langkawi, Kuah catching up on shopping we hadnt had a chance to do back home. We found a local shopping hub called Billions, which had a decent shoe shop, a brand outlet and a supermarket full of everything we needed from nappies to milk. The girls of course couldnt leave without a quick dance on the shopping centres unused stage (it turns out this was one of the highlights of their day!).
Running short on time, we ate at the shopping mall (the mac and cheese made life easy for the kids), before driving back to the ferry for the 9:15pm trip to Rebak. With the girls giggling all the way back home (tired and delirious no doubt), we were pretty proud of how they'd handled such a big day out, and of ourselves for managing our first day out with them in a foreign country. If more of our travel days are like this, we will be just fine.
